Manchanda & Co. is a legal concern run by Rajesh Manchanda, Advocate,who was enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi at New Delhi(INDIA) and practicing law since 1977.He is mainly practicing in High Court of Delhi, High Court of various states in India and other legal FORA. Rajesh Manchanda, Advocate is a Nominated Counsel of Provident Fund Organisation, Government of India for High Court of Delhi and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, New Delhi. He is also a panel lawyer for Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for High Court of Delhi.
He is also a Special Public Prosecutor/ Lawyer for Directorate of Enforcement (FERA) and Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB). He also deals with the cases pertaining to Civil Law, Criminal Law, Service/Labour Law, Consumer, Arbitration etc.
